Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for the Craft Party event ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring to the Event, to be bound by the following Refund Policy

Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Therefore, we have a refund policy to accommodate our attendees:

1. Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for ticket purchases if the request is made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the Event

​

2. Partial Refunds: If you need to cancel your ticket up to 3 days before the Event, we will provide a partial refund of 50% of the ticket price. 

​

3. Transferability: Tickets are transferable to another individual id you are unable to attend the Event.

 

4. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel due to undrivable weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders using the original method of payment.

5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of a refund request.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us via email with your ticket number and the request for a refund.   

​

​7. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise.  If you have exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending the Event, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

 

8. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
