Terms & Conditions - the basics
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for the Craft Party event ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring to the Event, to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Liability Waiver: By attending the Event, you agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You release the organizers and the venue from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the Event. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Event.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and abide by any rules or guidelines set forth by the organizers and the venue. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Photography and Recording: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. The organizers reserve the right to use such media for marketing purposes.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Event website or notification to ticket holders.
